| 摘要 | Some of the world’s largest carbon dioxide-emitting countries and leading heavy industry companies have committed to mid-century net-zero targets. This makes it increasingly urgent to analyse not just whether it is technologically feasible to decarbonize heavy industry, but also investigate issues more directly related to implementation, such as project permitting. This discussion brief includes insights on effective permitting from government and industry representatives. |
