| 摘要 | A transformative shift in our food production and consumption patterns is urgently needed to secure a future within the planetary boundaries. The Carbon Neutral Digestive Initiative – Enhancing Systems (CANDIES) investigates how environmental information and digital tools can potentially support this shift, by improving traceability and transparency in food supply chains, and increasing capability, opportunity and motivation of the supply chain actors, retailers and consumers. |
