IISD's David Souter interviews Nii Quaynor, Chairman of Ghana Dot Com LTD, who has also served as chair of the National Information Technology Agency of Ghana and as member of the Multistakeholder Advisory Group of the Internet Governance Forum, and who established the Ghanaian company Network Computer Systems.

They discuss the role of the Internet in the development of Ghana and Africa and whether information and communications technologies are helping or hindering progress toward sustainability.
