On November 9th, the 2016 ECMI Annual Conference was jointly organised by ECMI and the Brevan Howard Centre for Financial Analysis at Imperial College Business School. Hosted by the National Bank of Belgium, this high-level event brought together over 30 speakers (academics, policy-makers, and market participants) to share their expertise with more than 300 participants from across Europe and beyond and to discuss the challenges in creating a genuine European capital market. This event report provides a summary of the keynote speeches, presentations and panel discussions.
