Previously known as the 'Ship & Ocean Newsletter', The 'Ocean Newsletter' seeks to provide people of diverse viewpoints and backgrounds with a forum for discussion and to contribute to the　formulation of　maritime policies conducive to coexistence between mankind and the ocean.
