Une section spéciale du Volume 49 (November 2014, pp.81-194) de la revue Marine Policy, consacrée à la gouvernance de la biodiversité marine dans les zones au-delà de la juridiction nationale et coordonnée par l'Iddri et The Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies (IASS).

Présentation :

« Ces 14 articles de Marine Policy, rédigés par des experts internationaux provenant de différents horizons (représentants d’organisations internationales, chercheurs, membres d’organisations non gouvernementales, etc.) montrent que la gouvernance de la haute mer peut être renouvelée en combinant différentes stratégies, du renforcement des instruments existants à l’élaboration d’un nouveau traité international. »
