| 摘要 | This critical review was commissioned by the governance team that is coordinating research on multilevel governance and carbon management at the landscape scale, as part of CIFORs Global Comparative Study on REDD+. The review is fundamental to our understanding of multilevel governance and to the approach we chose to take in the organization of the research. It was used to facilitate discussion and debate, some of which is captured in endnotes that we have chosen to keep in the text. |
